Buttonahh relies on third-party cloud infrastructure and services, including Supabase for backend database operations and state management, and external hosting providers. Additionally, community interactions hosted on Discord or external links are governed entirely by third-party terms. The Owner disclaims all liability for third-party outages, data breaches on external servers, or policy modifications.

4. Limitation of Liability & Hold Harmless

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the Owner, developers, affiliates, and licensors shall not be held liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages—including loss of data, revenue, profits, emotional distress, or device malfunction—arising out of or in any way connected with your use of (or inability to use) Buttonahh, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.
